90 pts, Special Value Star - James Halliday Wine Companion. The Red Knot Classified range is good value across the board, especially given the wines are often discounted. This does a fine job of delivering either way. It’s led by ripe but varietally fragrant cabernet notes, dark and red fruits, leafy, herbal lift, lavender, crushed pepper and dusty spices. The tannins are grippy but feel unforced and are well matched to the swell of shiraz in the mid-palate. - Marcus Ellis
